Bass recording

My musical journey began in my teenage years when a group of friends and I dove headfirst into a world of diverse sounds. What started as a simple hobby quickly transformed into a consuming passion. From the early chords of rock and heavy metal to the complex rhythms of funk, my musical curiosity knew no bounds. However, it was when I discovered Latin American folk music that I truly entered a vast and fascinating musical universe. Candombe, Peruvian music, Brazilian music—they all captivated me with their unique rhythms and melodies, leading me to explore even further.

Over time, my musical path led me to participate in a series of bands, each offering a unique and enriching experience. From projects like 'Che Joven,' where we explored the fusion of folk with other contemporary styles, to more rhythmic adventures like 'La Descarga,' dedicated to the vibrant world of salsa, I've had the privilege of collaborating with talented musicians and exploring a wide range of musical expressions.

Among my most memorable collaborations are projects led by artists like Milena Salamanca, Luciano Cañete, and Iván Camaño, where I could delve even deeper into the depths of folk music, exploring its traditions and fusing them with new creative perspectives. I also had the honor of working with international musicians like Francoise Rodriguez, exploring the rich musical heritage of Peru.

In summary, my musical journey has been a constant discovery, an exploration of sounds and cultures that continues to enrich me both personally and artistically. From the first chords to the most recent collaborations, every step in my musical path has been an exciting and meaningful adventure.
